I contracted Lehmann Construction and Design to tear out and rebuild the front stairs of my home. My old stairs were rotting and the design was terrible. There was no landing when you stepped out the front door and only one side of the stairs had a railing.
Upon tearing out the old stairs he uncovered some damage to the basement block walls and that the wood covering part of my basement needed repair. He Completed the necessary repairs and started on the stairs. The design he came up with is fantastic. I now have a good sized landing when I walk out the door. The stairs are so sturdy and beautiful, I could not be happier.
I am planning on hiring Lehmann Construction and Design to build new back stairs at my house plus a few other indoor remodeling projects. Lehmann Construction and Design did a fantastic 2nd floor remodel. I was going back and forth with another contractor when I reached out to Chris to get his input. He was willing to work within my budget, breaking each cost down and offering options on where I could save money. Chris and his team completed the project within the quoted amount of time.
